31 years of experience in oil & gas industry as Sr. drilling engineer and rig-in-charge experienced. Onsite supervision of field drilling operations – onshore. Till date supervised drilling of nearly 12 horizontal wells Implemented well control procedures/testing as per Saudi Aramco standards .MNIF-369 was completed 16 days ahead of schedule with Dalma-14 Rig.Plan/execute drilling programmed. Responsible for good quality wells delivery .Implemented and maintained  all requisite HSE ARAMCO standards

• Organized & co-ordinate for  tools/material/technical requirements with various agencies Implement/execute logging/cementing/well completion programmed. Efficient control/bit optimization
• Supervise/guide  suitable mud programmed Coordinate with  rig/contractor  for day-to day operation
• Oil Base &  Synthetic Oil base ,Glycol .& Clay free mud Systems.
•  9 years of experience in Well Cap, Well Sharp, Well intervention, H2S safety  instructor Through Falcon Multi service Pvt Ltd at Manila, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur Dubai & Mumbai on various occasions during the past three years.
